The Cooks River Canteen is a fresh new take on the public park canteen. Tucked in next to a rewilded saltmarsh, the Canteen embraces the urban ecology of the Cooks River. So much so that they’ve made a local White-Faced Heron their logo!
Marcelo Soto brings years of high quality coffee and dining experience, having set up Mecca Coffee in the city. Earlier this year, he and his family decided to take the opportunity to bring that level of quality to their neighbourhood context.
